Training: Pack your
bags for two weeks of classroom training at our West Palm Beach
headquarters (including airfare, lodging, ground transportation
and lunches.) Our EmbroidMe Training instructors will teach
you about every facet of operating a successful business, from
bookkeeping to marketing strategies and business management.
You’ll learn to work with the state-of-the-art computer
technology and embroidery equipment you’ll have in your
store. And you’ll get a chance to network and build relationships
with other EmbroidMe franchisees.

In-store set-up and instruction:
After your classroom training, EmbroidMe will bring on-the-job
technical and marketing assistance to you. One of our experienced
field representatives will travel to your store to help you
set up your systems and equipment – and to ensure you’re
fully comfortable with using them.

Personalized marketing
assistance: Once you’re ready for business, one
of our professional marketing representatives will travel
to your store to teach you how to promote your business and
attract customers. We’ll also provide promotional materials
to help introduce your store and give it immediate visibility.

An ongoing support system:
Although you’ll be an independent owner and operator,
you’re never alone as an EmbroidMe franchisee. Advice
and support are always just a phone call or mouse click away
thanks to our toll-free support number and web site. Additionally,
we’ll be sending you a quarterly newsletter that includes
news of industry trends, helpful advice on merchandising and
marketing and updates on new products you can offer to your
customers.

Owners’ Conference: Smart business owners never stop
learning, which is why EmbroidMe holds an informative annual
conference. Although we can’t pay your travel expenses,
we can promise you a productive experience that will include
the chance to fine-tune your marketing and operational skills,
learn from other successful franchisees, and meet and interface
with key vendors, manufacturers and distributors.
