As a franchisee in training, your introduction to the EmbroidMe training program begins with a two-week introductory training program held in West Palm Beach, FL at the most advanced training facility in the industry.
 
The newly-built, 12,000 sq. ft. facility boasts state-of-the-art embroideryand garment printing equipment, computer training classrooms, a stadium seating lecture theater, store lobby replicas, fully-equipped production rooms, as well as, a full staff of training specialists who use proven training techniques to provide every EmbroidMe franchisee with the knowledge that helps put them at an advantage.
 
The training facility is located on the EmbroidMe world headquarters campus, providing you an in-depth look at the organization, as well as, access to the support staff who are there to help you.  The same team will be there providing support for you whenever you need it for the life of your business.
 
During your training, you are completely immersed in hands-on training for all aspects of EmbroidMe business ownership including:
 

Business Management: We will cover business management aspects, created through many years of franchising, as they pertain to the efficient and effective operation of your business. Areas that will be covered include financial management, marketing management, staff management, business planning, as well as, production management.

Staff Management: EmbroidMe has spent a great deal of time developing proven techniques for hiring, training and managing your employees. We will teach you the top methods for recruiting and interviewing as well as best practices for compensating and incentivizing, in order to help you find the right employees for your business.

Financial Management: One of the fundamentals of successful business management is the ability to maintain accurate and informative financial records. Our team of experts will work with you to learn the ins and outs of financial record keeping and teach you how to use that information to analyze and enhance your store’s performance.

 

Operations: The daily operations of a business are a key foundation to a successful business. In training, you will learn not only the day-to-day routine but learn how to leverage time management skills, goal setting and business planning to create a successful business.

EmbroidMe’s marketing team has developed a program that includes a wide array of marketing and advertising tools such as direct mailings, yellow page ads, brochures, and buyer’s guides. The latest tool is the development of our online apparel design studio which allows your clients to design online and submit for a production.  Our website marketing program also includes an advanced easy to use website and custom online company stores for your clients.  Through our unique online customization tool you are able to tailor your marketing materials to your store. Our team of marketing experts will be available to further assist you with your marketing strategy after your training.

Advertising and PR: EmbroidMe offers one of the most progressive national advertising programs in the industry. One of the best ways to learn is through hands-on practice.  We have some of the most knowledgeable and successful franchisees in the industry and we give you the opportunity to utilize their expertise by spending time in their store. Who better to educate you on how things work than someone who has been through it?  Through hands-on instruction you will experience the day-to-day activities involved in EmbroidMe operation.


Technical Training at your New EmbroidMe
 
For one week, a technical set-up representative will be at your store installing and training you on your equipment and software.  This is in addition to the training you receive at the world headquarters. The technical team makes sure you understand and feel comfortable operating the equipment.


Marketing Training at your New EmbroidMe

 
For one week, a marketing set-up representative will be at your store to help establish your marketing program and train you on sales and marketing techniques, including: the best way to generate new customers, how to cold-call, lead organization, how to write an estimate and how to follow-up with customers.  This is in addition to the training you receive at the world headquarters.
